Ottawa Labour Support has been serving the Ottawa community since 1995. We offer Labour Support,
Postpartum Support, Prenatal education, in home CPR classes, Belly Casting, birth photography and we
also rent the very popular AquaDoula birthing tub.

A Doula is a woman experienced in childbirth who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational
support to the mother before, during and just after childbirth.
We attend home births and hospital births. Although we serve our clients in the Ottawa region, we have
accompanied women and families delivering in hospitals such as Almonte, Smiths Falls, Hawkesbury, Cornwall
and Brockville.
In addition, our friendly and professional staff is here to answer any questions you may have about our
